Is Bonbonie Halal?
Yes, all of our products are either gelatin free or contain halal beef gelatin. Bonbonie takes pride in ensuring that all of its products are 100% halal.
What types of candy do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of candy. You can browse our full selection here.
How many jars of candy can I select for one box?
You can select any number of jars starting from a minimum of 4. When you select 6 or more jars, you’ll receive a 10% discount, and if you choose 10 or more jars, you’ll enjoy a 20% discount! This allows you to customize your order size while still taking advantage of our bundle savings.
Can I mix and match different candy flavors in one box?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to mix and match different flavors to create your perfect box.
Do the Bonbites jars come in different sizes?
All jars for our Bonbites products come in one size. Bonbites are designed to be small, accessible, and perfect for on-the-go enjoyment.
Are the candies gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly?
We currently do not offer a gluten-free or vegan selection. Our candies are packaged in a facility that may handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. Bonbonie does not claim any of its products to be free from allergens, and we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that Bonbonie is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may arise from consuming our candies. We recommend customers with severe allergies proceed with caution.
How long do the candies stay fresh?
Our candies stay fresh for 2-4 weeks. If kept in their original packaging, freshness can be extended up to 6 weeks.
Is there a special gift packaging option available?
Yes! We now offer a premium Gift Box that comes in three sizes:
• Small: Includes 4 jars of candy and 2 sauces.
• Medium: Includes 6 jars of candy and 3 sauces.
• Large: Includes 8 jars of candy and 4 sauces.
Each gift box comes in our premium packaging, perfect for special occasions.
Can I customize my candy box for special occasions?
Yes, for special occasions like Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and national holidays like the 4th of July or Canada Day, keep an eye out for Special Gift Boxes, and yes the packaging will be themed for the occasion!
How do the Gift Boxes work?
First, choose the size of your Gift Box — small, medium, or large. Each size comes with a different quantity of sauces and candies: the small includes 4 jars and 2 sauces, the medium includes 6 jars and 3 sauces, and the large includes 8 jars and 4 sauces. After selecting the size, you can customize the contents by picking the specific candies you want inside. Each Gift Box is thoughtfully packaged to capture the true Bonbonie experience, making it an ideal choice for a memorable gift for yourself or others!
Can I reorder the same box in the future?
Yes! Once you’ve created an account, your previous orders will be saved. As long as the products are in stock, you can easily reorder the same box.
Are there any seasonal or limited-edition candies?
Keep an eye on our store during special occasions! We love celebrating holidays like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and the 4th of July with exclusive candy options.
Can I create multiple boxes in one order?
Absolutely! After adding your first box to the cart, you’ll see an option to "Create Another Box," allowing you to order as many boxes as you’d like in one go.
Is there a subscription service for recurring candy deliveries?
Not at the moment, but stay tuned — we might offer one soon!
Is there an option to create corporate or bulk orders for events?

Can I buy bonbonie in my country?
Bonbonie is only available in the United States and Canada, with more global locations coming soon.
How do I track my order after purchase?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number in your email. This will allow you to track your order from production to delivery. You can always at anytime login to your account and check the status of your order!
How is the candy packaged to ensure freshness during delivery?
Our candies are sealed in PET plastic jars that meet FDA and Health Canada standards. The jars are air-sealed to ensure freshness until they reach your door.
What is your return or refund policy for candy products?
Due to the nature of confectionery products, we maintain a strict policy: No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds.
